Abstract

Vigenere cipher adalah salah satu algoritma kriptografi yang digunakan untuk penyandian teks. Dalam penelitian ini pemakaian vigenere cipher diperluas dari teks ke image bitmap 24-bit. Percobaan dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil yang diperoleh dari penggunaan variasi panjang kunci.Hasil percobaan menunjukkan enkripsi dengan vigenere cipher akan menghasilkan chiper image yang aman untuk kunci yang panjang. Makin panjang kunci maka ciphernya semakin sulit dimengerti demikain sebaliknya.

Abstract

Email as a progress of information technology and telecommunications has connected millions of people around the world. However, over the development, there are developments that may harm called a spam robot. Where is the spam robots will explore every email address in the entire website and then sending alot of ads to those email address. There are several ways to protect email addresses on a site that is to change the text-based email address into image. So to prevent spam robots parsing of email addresses.This research carried out by taking a case study on the site using the Content Management System (CMS) Wordpress, with aims to make development on the wordpress site content so that each email address that is written by default will automatically be converted into images.From the testing carried out the results that the development can run better. The application able to change the email address written in the standard form into image automatically

Abstract

Studies on the characteristics of non-linear function can be either experimental ortheoretical. One part of the theoretical analysis is to perform computation. For thispurpose computation, numerical methods can be used in the complete equations of thecomplex, such as non-linear equation. There are a number of numerical methods thatcan be used to complete the non-linear equation, is the Newton-Raphson method.

Abstract

Fractal image compression is one of compression techniques which produce a high compression ratio with good quality of result image. But this method has weakness is the time to compress image is too long because checking domain and range block is done by brute force method. Because of it, necessary to get approach with genetic algorithm which genetic algorithm is an appropriate approach for complex combinatorial problem. Genetic algorithm play role in searching the matching domain and range block. Experiment is done by use three crossover and mutation method, the size of range block is 4, mutation probability is 0.1, crossover probability is 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9 and 1.0. Maximal size of generations are 500. The best result of compression image has ratio 75.01% with compression time is 10.7 second and MSE is 0.158839.

Abstract

Tax is a country’s asset that is very important. With the tax the development can be heald. One of the tax that is land and building tax. Land and building tax is a tax charged to the person who has the tax object.. Determining the amount of tax payable by a compulsory tax, varies depending on the type of land use, area and the selling price. Geographical Information System mapping systems have the accuracy, expected later determination process and the monitoring of the land and building tax can be more optimized for that, this research carried out on the determination and monitoring of land and building tax using Geographical Information System.In the implementation, this research will use the Microsoft .Net framework. And MapX as a mapping tool that will be used in the management of data objects, including tax map editing. And using IIS as web server and mapXtreem as a map server that functions as a provider of information objects to the tax assessable on the internet.Determination of tax trials conducted in comparison with the original data in year 2000, 2001 for the village pentaih kecamata Denpasar Bali Barat province with the goal to make assasment whether the system is able to provide the same tax rate. And the results of the pilot is the software that can run well enough. Which is able to set the amount of tax and land and buildings capable of carrying out monitoring of the tax Penatih village.
